MEET ME AT THE CROSS. . .
Wednesday, September 28, 2011. . . 8:00 AM can come early in the morning when our CCS students are used to getting to school at 8:30 am. But this particular morning, our students were a little more than excited. Why you may ask?
"MEET ME AT THE CROSS"
Held in conjunction with schools across the nation, "Meet me at the Cross" is the CCS version of "Meet me at the Pole", a morning a prayer and worship for students. Because our school does not have a flag pole, we couldn't think of anything better than to meet at our finest Christian symbol, the cross.

This year, ASB President, and organizer of Meet me at the Cross, Austin, led students in prayer and worship, and also included an incredible speech as to why mornings like this are so important for the students to promote and participate in.
Students prayed for our country, for our leaders, for our families, and for each other. It was yet another opportunity for our students to bond together in Christ, disciple together as peers, and reach out to our community and the lost.
