Tuition and Fees 2018-19



  • Registration: $150 per child

  • Tuition 4 half days/week: $250 per month


  • Registration: $175 per child 

  • Tuition 4 half days/week option: $250 per month

  • Tuition 4 full days/week option:  $400 per month

Grades 1-12

  • Registration: $250 per student

  • Base Tuition: $3565 for 1st student from one family

If a family has more than one student registering:
  • Base Tuition for 2nd student:  $3294

  • Base Tuition for 3rd student:  $2614

  • Base Tuition for 4th student:  $2174

Jr. High/High School Additional Tuition Fee:

  • Add $335 to base tuition for each 7th-8th grade student

  • Add $599 to base tuition for each 9th-12th grade student
Tuition is billed on a monthly basis. Re-enrolling students and new students enrolling prior to September 1 (grades 1 thru 12), are billed on a 10 monthly basis, August through May. Families enrolling after September 1st pay on a 9 month basis for time enrolled. Full time Pastor’s families with children in grades 1 through 12 receive a discount of $750 per year.
New students: Students in grades 1 through 12 pay a non-refundable Initial Registration Fee of $250 per student at the time of acceptance.

Preschool: Tuition is invoiced for Sept. through May, and includes one-fourth of a month’s tuition for June. For more information about Preschool, ask for a Preschool packet.

Kindergarten: Tuition is invoiced the same as Preschool. Preschool and Kindergarten are in attendance the same days as our grade school (see the Daily Schedule/Calendar).

Curriculum expenses are included in the monthly tuition billing. Book fines may be assessed for excessive wear or damage of textbooks. Our Student Accident Insurance is a secondary insurance policy and has a deductible limit. The insurance premium cost is included in your monthly tuition. Also included in your monthly tuition is the cost of Annual Standardized Achievement Testing for grades 1 thru 12.

There are occasional additional costs for special activities and classes such as class trips, art projects and athletics. A family may choose to pay for their Parent Service Hours required hours rather than spend the time (see Handbook, page 10). Certain PE clothing items are required and are listed in our Dress Requirements. Each family is required to secure at least two auction items and they are billed for items not secured (see Handbook, page 10). Dual Enrolled Classes are available and some are required. These are offered at an additional cost (see CCS Handbook, page 14).

For those who choose to use an ACH bill pay system for the entire year (excluding credit/debit card payments), there is a monthly incentive of a 1.5% tuition reduction. Information about our billing procedures and policies, and about our enrollment process is available in the CCS Handbook.
