Elementary Drama Club

Each Christmas, our elementary school performs a Christmas musical for our school family and community.  

Students in grades Pre-K - 6th learn music and movement for a dynamic telling of Christ’s birth. During the fall, elementary students are invited to participate in an after school Drama Club, which provides an opportunity for students looking to develop in the area of dance, acting, and singing.  These students audition, rehearse, and perform at the annual Christmas musical.  Started in 2015, this program has grown from 15 students to more than half of our elementary school and is a highlight of the year for many elementary students. 

Elementary Drama Club is a fun and exciting experience that exposes students to real musical theater principals and performance at an age-appropriate level and sets students up for a life-long love of the arts and the spiritual impact it can have on lives.

The Christmas musical is typically performed for two nights in December and is attended by about 1,000 people.
