Enrollment Process

We are excited that you are interested in applying for enrollment here at Christian Center School.  As a private Christian school, we invite families of like-minded individuals to join us in the education of their children. Prior to applying, we would encourage you to carefully read through our website to learn about our unique vision and mission.  The application and enrollment process is a three-step journey which will allow you and the school to get to know one another and determine if membership is a good fit.

Please plan a time to bring your child(ren) in while school is in session, if possible, to look around and ask questions. Applicants for enrollment will be screened by interview and by recommendation of their Pastor. High School students are typically enrolled only at the beginning of a new semester.

Enrollment Dates:

  • February 1-16: Early re-enrollment for current CCS families begins (Fee Discount; see Tuition and Fees)

  • February 21: Regular re-enrollment for current CCS families begins (No Discount)

  • March 1: Open Enrollment for new students begins (if openings exist)

enrollment: Little Lions Preschool

If you are interested in applying for enrollment in the PreK Program at CCS, please begin by reviewing the CCS Handbook. If after reviewing the handbook you feel that CCS is a good fit for your family, please print out, complete, and return the New Student Application to our school office. A CCS staff member will contact you regarding further steps toward enrollment.

enrollment: K-12th Grade

Step 1: Parent contacts CCS
When you contact the school office and indicate interest in CCS, you are given or mailed a packet of school information. This information may also be accessed on our website. Please carefully read the CCS Handbook and other informative materials. It is important that you are fully aware of the environment we provide and that by choosing to apply for enrollment at CCS you agree to hold the same standards.

Step 2: Parent pursues application for enrollment
After deciding to pursue application for enrollment, fill out and return the New Student Application and schedule an appointment to tour and meet with the school Principal and teacher(s).

Step 3: Interview is scheduled for parents, students, and staff
It is in everyone's best interest to explore together whether CCS is the best fit for your child. In order to do this, we appreciate meeting with both parents, if possible. We require that students 6th grade and older attend an interview with the staff. If there are concerns about our school being a good academic fit for a student, we may require or recommend diagnostic testing, which may be scheduled for a different time.

Step 4: CCS contacts parents regarding application status
When the decision is made to accept a student, and there is an opening for the student, parents are typically informed by phone and the required enrollment forms are emailed, mailed, or picked up. These need to be filled out and returned promptly along with registration payment to confirm enrollment. If there are no openings, prospective students are placed on a waiting list for consideration for future openings. New students must provide immunization records and a copy of their birth certificate as required by Idaho law, as well as access to all transcripts. Completed Homeschool transcripts must be submitted before a student can be accepted.
