It is expected that this schedule will increase annually in correlation to the cost of living index for our region.

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis. Re-enrolling students and new students enrolling prior to Sept. 1 (grades 1 thru 12), are billed on a 10 month basis, August through May. Families enrolling after Sept. 1, pay on a 9 month basis for time enrolled. Full time Pastor’s families with children in grades 1 through 12 receive a discount of $750 per year.

New students in grades K through 12 pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of $250 per student at the time of acceptance. A non-refundable Annual Registration Fee is due each spring to hold positions for returning students in the Fall. Early Re-Enrollment begins February 1, and is $175 per returning student ($125 for 3rd or additional student enrolled from a family). Regular Re-Enrollment for returning students begins February 20, and is $250 per student, and is due by February 29 to guarantee a position. Any open positions after February 29 will be filled with new families from the waiting list.

Registration for Preschool is $150. Cost is $346 per month for 4 half days per week, and is billed on a 10-month basis August through May. For more information about Preschool, ask for a Preschool packet.Preschool is in attendance the same days as our grade school (see the CCS Schedule of Events).

Curriculum expenses are included in the monthly tuition billing. Book fines may be assessed for excessive wear or damage of textbooks. Our Student Accident Insurance is a secondary insurance policy. The insurance premium cost is included in your monthly tuition. Also included in your monthly tuition is the cost of Annual Standardized Achievement Testing for grades 1 thru 12. There is a one-time FACTS Tech charge of $60 per family for each family who has a student in grades 1 thru 12 in August. High School Students will have an additional HS retreat fee of $170 in September.

There are occasional additional costs for special activities and classes, such as class trips, art projects and athletics. While it is not encouraged, a family may choose to pay for their Parent Service Hours rather than spend the time (see Handbook, page 10). Certain PE clothing items are required and are listed in our Dress Requirements.

ACH bill pay is available for your convenience. Paying the annual tuition in advance (prior to the first day of school) will result in a 1.5% discount (excluding credit/debit card payments). Use of credit/debit cards for any payments will result in an additional fee of 3% of the transaction. Information about our Billing Procedure and Policies, and about our Enrollment Process is available in the School Handbook.
